I think some people need to take responsiblity for their own actions. It is not the staffs responsiblity to tell you that their is a burn ban so make sure you don't throw you cigarettes on the ground. I think that is ridiculous. I think the tenants need to be more respectful and clean up after themselves. Come on people...common sense. I think this is a nice place to live so lets take care of it. You know the parking situation when you move in so don't complain.

how do you know there is no parking unless someone tells you when you lease?And as far as burn bans, smokers don't care they throw the butts down till someone tells them to stop!

Really, someone to tell them not to litter? I guess the LAW isn't good enough. If there weren't a burn ban would it be ok? I have a sign for you.
