I've lived at the Waters for nearly 2 years & have had a good experience. I will agree 120%!! that the cigarette butt situation is HUGE. I can't believe how many you see thrown about on the property. It is quite distasteful & really sucks for those of us who do NOT smoke & live here. I was initally drawn to the beautiful green open space, but whenever you walk on the grass...cigarette butts everywhere! Not an understatement either. Aside from that, it's a great community...management is good, however the mngr is never around. Not sure if she works another job, or is split between properties'' And my noise complaint comes from the people upstairs...VERY loud.
