They let whoever enter your apartment whenever they please

I pay a good chunk of money to live at The Waters at Bluff Springs, yet the employees in the office find it OK to just give my house key to whoever they please and let them enter my apartment WITHOUT even letting me know. Is that even legal''''

I had my sister-in-law staying here and she said MORE THAN ONCE a bunch of young mexican guys tried to unlock the door WITHOUT even KNOCKING. (There is another top lock you can unlock only from the inside she had locked). I called my office FURIOUS and they were just like "Uh, yeah, they were coming in to paint the porch." They had no paint cans with them'' Did you plan on letting me know'''

And just now I came home to a HAND WRITTEN note with paper out of MY PRINTER that just said "Budget Pest was here" scribbled on it on the coffee table. I'm getting pretty pissed to feel that my belongings and myself are unsafe in my own home when I pay a large amount to live here.

And when my sister tried to get a copy of the key made for her (I went down there with a signed paper saying she was allowed to have a key made and enter the house, the PROPER way I feel it should be done) they said they DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A COPY, that the maintenance guys did from their last call. I HADN'T CALLED THEM IN 8 MONTHS. That's unbelievable that they are allowed to just take the keys and enter my home for any reason whenever they please, without even notifying me.

Also, these same maintenance guys can't even fix the porch lights. They are always out. Guess they are too busy going into people's apartments and rifling through their things to do any real work.

Plus, the walls are paper thin. I can hear the neighbors brushing their teeth in their bathroom when I'm in mine. And it echoes terribly in the back. If someone is on their porch IN THE NEXT COMPLEX, I can hear every word they say while I am lying in my bed in my room. The neighbors radio makes my wall vibrate.

There is no parking, guests have to park outside the gate at night or they will tow them.

I will say it is clean, and the office staff is usually very nice. That's it. Not enough to sacrifice feeling that you and your belongings are safe in your own home, or a good night's sleep anytime anyone in the complex decides to stay up drinking and listening to music.

Must be a lovely bigot. Had to specifically mention the "Mexican" guys, huh?? Grow up...read a book or two and educate yourself. Funny thing, while living at the Waters, I had a complaint about the folks upstairs who partied all night and puked away 'til plumbing issues came seeping down to my walls; I never caught myself saying, "them white...," I merely said the tenants upstairs. Education...reading does pay off. Move out if you are that uncomfortable...and grow up.

well considering most laborers are mexican or "hispanic descent" for you crybaby libs. Most theft crimes are committed by ------ and ---------. So quit trying to make someone else the racsist in this situation, when in fact you yourself are probably the rascist, sincie the "white-man" is holding you down, and not that 3 course shy hs diploma.

OMG! They stole a piece of paper! That is horrible! I would sue.. seriously. That's nuts. All the hard work and labor spent into paying for that once piece of paper was totally pointless now! How dare they! I will pray for you and your paper.
