I've lived at many apt complexs all throughout college, and this place is by far the worst. FIRST of all, the parking is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! There is not enough spaces for the residents and 1guest, the spaces are tiny(compact car size), and you will def get door dings. If you drive a truck or SUV, hah, good luck. They require all guests to park outside of the premises after 8pm, because there is not enough space for the residents and their guests, although they CLAIM each apt has one extra space for parking. My girlfriend must park out past the gate at night and walk all the way to the back, this is f'n ridiculous. Not to mention if anything happens to your vehicle, they're not responsible. I live in a 1/1, shouldnt I have that 1 extra space'! Maybe if there wasnt so much d*mn garages(which are $60 to rent, and covered areas which are $20), there would be enough spaces. If you put trash out on the wrong day, and an animal gets in, they will dig through your trash and look at your bills, and find out whos it is, and fine you(no its not illegal either, and yes they've done it to me). The office staff is rude(w/a few exceptions). They never smile, and seem easily annoyed with any guestions you bring up.
the maintenance is nice, everything is fixed on time, no problems
units are descent, nothing fancy
bottom line, spend an extra buck, and move up the road to stasney, this place is a drag!

Parking really was an issue, but all the staffs have been great and friendly toward me and my boyfriend. As for the trash they ask you to follow the schedule MWF from the beginning and there's no way to reinforce a clean complex without some fines for people who're too lazy to take their trash to a dumpster on an off day. It's really not that far a walk I normally do it at least once or twice a week.
