DO NOT LIVE THERE!!!! I loved the space of my apartment but I hated living there. I actually had good parking by my apartment but the area I lived in was the only part of that complex that had good parking. But I also lived by the dreaded hill exit. and it kept breaking and it would take forever to fix it. then that idiot josh ( I do not like him at all) sent a bill to me for the repairs to my apartment and told me I had to pay the whole thing since my roommate wouldn't answer them. I was furious, so furious in fact that I had to have someone else call him on my behalf. I should only have been responsible for 1/2 since she was on the lease too. and some of that was for the damn dog we had for a month that was her responsibility and got us into trouble in the first place. And now I don't even live there anymore and they are making myt life difficult again. I am trying to get another apartment and they want my rental history but the incompetent people in the office have not answered them it's been a day and a half already . the lady from my future home said she faxed them 3 times already and I told her they were like that. That is the ionly thing holding up me getting this new place. do not live there, it's not worth the headache you will go through while you live there and after you move out. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

I think the new staff is great. Jerry is very friendly. I agree with the comment above, maybe you shouldn't have signed a lease with another person. You should take her to court if you feel she owes her half of the damages and is not coming forward to pay. That is not the apartment complex's fault, they are coming after you because you are the one answering their calls! Just some friendly advice. I'm going on my third year living here and have had no REAL big issues. The parking can be a drag (especially if you live in building 10) but you knew that before signing the lease. If it was such a big deal, you should have rented elsewhere.
