I've lived here for about 4 months now and the place is great! I have a garage so no need to complain about the parking. The pool and gym are very nice and clean. The maintenance staff is VERY good! I think they are the best thing about the complex. The office staff is just ok not to sure whats up with them. They stopped the trash pick up bc losers and lazy people don't remember what day is trash day! Yet still continue to put their trash out. I am all for pit bulls used to own one. But when they are aggressive thats when something needs to be done. My daughter and I witnessed 2 brendall pit bull dogs being walked by their owner a female attack a young man and his dog and they wouldn't stop. The next day I saw a male walking those same dogs and one grouled at me. SO anyone who lives here still watch out for the 2 brendall pitbulls. The walls are fairly thin and yes you can hear your neighbors shower and flush their toilet.
