The staff at this apartment is RUDE. I have lived here a year now and it has changed hands. It was good at first but now that I am in the moving out stage they are very rude and unhelpful. I have tried to talk to the manager several times and she is either unavailable or not there. This past week she kept sending a leasing agent back and forth to talk to me and would not leave her office. When I said that if they could not listen to me about the issue I would just call TAA. The guy just laughted and said "go ahead".
Stay away from these apartments.
