I can laugh about this now because I have since moved on and up! When I lived here a couple of years ago, the apartment that I moved into was the same floor plan, but not the exact apartment that I had toured. This one was a little bit different though...1. There was a HOLE in the floor about twelve inches in diameter that had been coverd over with the carpet--yes, there was some sort of particle board or something, but it was noticeable when you stepped on it. 2. The bathroom sink had a four inch diameter rusted out HOLE in it. Yes, this one was actually a hole. (Maintenance did come to repair it a few weeks later--but our closet door never did work...but thats another story) 3. The a/c drain pipe over our bathtub constantly dripped--very nasty water that stained our tub a nice bright rust orange! Maintenance said that was what it was supposed to do'!' so we bought some flexible tubing at Home Depot and rigged up our own drainage system. Last but not least....On the night we moved in our leasing agent called us on the phone....wanting to borrow some money!!!!
She was not with them very long, unfortunately the real bane of the property, the manager, stuck around for as long as we lived there. I don't know how the management is now, but I can't imagine the apartments have gotten any better. Don't rent there if you can help it.
