Dalcor is the WORST property management company ever.
It's been a comedy of errors at best. We moved in when the management had just changed, we got a large apartment at a great rate. Then we noticed things like sliding glass doors that didn't close properly, the dryer vent didn't work, the fridge STILL smells like mold and there is a hole in the bathroom floor that was covered with linoleum. changed, we got a large apartment at a great rate. So far in 6 months we?ve dealt with Centipedes, scorpions, spiders, moth infestations, wildly fluctuating electricity bills, 3 management changes, and some crazy guy across the street at another Dalcor property that fires a gun off his balcony on weekends.
We are so glad to be leaving Indian Creek!
Dalcor is described around town as ?thrifty?, I guess that means ?won?t spend a nickle to save a dime?. Good luck having anything but band-aid repairs done.

If you are a single female take heed, parking is not secure, well lit, or safe! All the trees are nice but Dalcor saves money by using the lowest wattage outdoor bulbs available.
Some people really like all the trees and the natural setting, do consider that the reason it's so "natural" is because it's the cheapest to maintain.
