My rent was appropriately cheap. The building was old and in need of much maintenance. I had an ant problem most of the year that even pest control struggled to fight. During one week of intense rain, I even had a worm problem, and I was on the third floor! The office and maintenance staffs were nice, but they seemed understaffed. So many people have moved out that parking and noise shouldn't be a problem. Because of all the trees though, expect your car to be covered with bird droppings regularly.
