You will definetly hate yourself if you decide to sign a lease here. My husband and I just moved out after a year of hell and are so relieved. Just a brief overview of what you will find here:
1. If you wan't an efficient, RUNNING, a/c...forget it! 4x in one year our a/c broke. Finally I threatend to contact the BBB and that sure got them jumping.
2. Ant ifestation. I don't mean the ones that you will get just because you are surrounded by nature...I am talking about those pesky sugar ants. We tried everything and believe me it wasn't because our apartment wasn't clean.
3. The mgmt. sucks! Well, that is of course if you are lucky to have a manager stick around longer than two months (cause we didn't).
4. Everything is falling apart and maintenance will not be there..EVER! We had even heard from an old manager that the place was being condemned. I am not at all surprised.
5. The whole place is just bad. If you want sanity, pay a little extra and enjoy where you live. But don't pay for this place!!.
