There is currently not hot water in several apartments. The housing code requires that apartment owners provide hot water at at least 110 degrees farenheit. We have not had hot water since early Jan. and Delcor Property refuses to take action.

We have written letters to the apt. management and have not received any response. Residents have only heard informally that the boiler is old, it's not working properly, and it is too expensive to replace because occupany rates are low.

Office management staff are always friendly and kind, but they have no power to fix anything. Office staff also change frequently, and promises made disappear with the forever-leaving staff.

Maintenance staff are also kind and competent, but they have no power to fix anything.

I would highly recommend against renting at this apartment complex, or any Delcor property. They are in violation of housing code on the hot water issue, and have chosen not to act.

The staff that show you around may be kind, but they will soon be gone along with anything they've promised. I could make a list of broken promises, but the hot water issue is enough to demonstrate my point.
