I've lived here for two years and remember back in the early 90's how this place was the nicest in the Far West area. The new management who also owns the property is Dalcor and they are the worst management I've ever experienced. There have been three managers since I've been here and none of them have the manners or where-withall to get things done. My a/c was out for two weeks in the middle of the summer and they did nothing but gave me the run-around about getting it fixed. When I asked for a break in rent for that time period, they almost laughed. Earlier in the summer, a rodent died in my walls and my kitchen was full of huge flies. The Maintanence guys came buy and killed the bugs but I'm sure the rodent is still in the wall. It is better now, but for about a year pieces of trash would lay around on the grounds for weeks. The noise emmitted from my upstairs neighbor's sink is deafening. Most of the buildings have chipping paint or shingles hanging off. It's been that way since I've been here, two years ago. Dalcor only knows how to run a slum. I assume they don't want to spend any money because they will eventually sell it. Now, when looking at other apartments, I ask first: Is this a Dalcor property'
I'd look someplace else. As I said before, it used to be a beautiful property. It's really sad to see.
