I loved the look of my apartment but after dealing of approximately a year of no hot water I'm having to move. To add insult to injury they will give me no compensation for not having hot water for months. I asked why and they say b/c the water problem is now fixed. --------! I still only get sporadic hot water. When I told Doree, the manager, this she said that that's just the way it goes. She said it'll always be that way in apartments like this one. --------, agian. Prior to moving into Indian Creek I lived at a complex that had around the same number of units in it and that was built in the late 60's. Indian Creek was built in the early 80's or late 70's......I never had hot water problems at the older complex. The fact of the matter is, Dalcor and Indian Creek just don't give a ---- about their tenants and you can really tell buy look at the parking lot......its empty for a reason. I think it should be illegal for a place like this to be able to continue to do business. Indian Creek should be shut down and they shouldn't be allowed to lease anymore apartments to unsuspecting leasors. Its just not fair to the little guy. Screwing over students just isn't good Karma.....DOREE!
