I must have the magic unit, hope I don't jinx myself. The a/c works great and the hot water is always very hot and the water pressure is great. Maintenance has been ry helpful with 2 problems in the past 4 months (with a little prodding). Parking is good and I would think anyone who lived in any complex would take care not to leave valuables in their vehicle and have it alarmed if it was worth it. The noise factor' Occasionally I can hear someone's bass or a dog barking next store and it's ALWAYS quiet at nite. Those few noise problems suck but there hasn't been one other apt I've lived in my whole life where that hasn't been the case. Critters are a big issue in all apartments as well. I've seen roaches but nothing else so I put out lots of roach traps. It's freaky but how do I know that one of the 3-5 apt surrounding me isn't leaving a really messy apt thus affecting mine. I like the trees and I like the pool. Management is fine. I expect people in that position not to like their job and change out often. It's like daycare workers. It's just a job. Oh and I'm glad there aren't a bunch of hooligan children running around and the place is very pet friendly. UT students must be stuck up because this place is average. It's not Riata but it's not section 8 public housing. What am I going to do about my apartment qualms' Get a real house away from urban and suburban sprawl!
