Since the first day I moved in, horrible hot water pressure, no hot water on some days. I also moved into a flea infested apartment, shortly after move in there was a horribble ant infestation. The mantinence were slow at their responsiveness to probelms. My AC unit has gone out 3 times in a matter of a few weeks, the solution from management was a window unit (how ghetto). There was also some sort of sewage leak for 3 weeks and the whole complex smelled like ass! The pool was not taken care of, and turned lake water green at one point! There is a homeless lady on the property every night digging in the garbage. DONT MOVE HERE, all around a disaster!!!!!!
