All of the reviews are true, but not only is there no hot water now there is NO WATER at all. and the apt complex is not even providing sanitairy wipes or anything to use after you go to the bath room. Please if you are thinking about moving here don't. The electric bill for a 1 bed room is around 220 to 250 a month in the summer due to the bad air conditioning units and insulation and the bill is about 190 to 210 in the winter because you have to heat hot water if you want to shave or take a warm bath. There are alot of other hidden cost like 38 dollars for a 1 bedroom's water bill. They don't meter the apartments seprate so the add them all together and choose a high number to give you. The head maintance guy live in the same building as me for the last 3 months and i saw him 2 days ago and he said he had to move off site. How bad is it when the head maintance guy want live on site. Like i said RUN AWAY
