I'm guessing you are this "cute leasing guy". Or maybe you got one of the apartments where the showers didn't suck. (in the apartments defense, the shower's are better now). Only the "cute leasing guy" would give this place a 4* rating. I bet the ants crawlin all over your toilet aren't that cute, huh'
