My experience ,thus far, has been fine.
No noise problems.
No water problems, hot water or cold.
No insects to speak of.
They continue to fix the place up, but not in such a way that noise or inconvenience results.
Management has been responsive and courteous.
Maintenance IS slow, but I have had little to be fixed so far.
The location is convenient.
The $550/month that I pay for 700 sq. feet (1 bed -- 1bath) seems pretty good as the free first month brings that to an average of $504/month (over 1 year).
Overall, I have no complaints.
Also, lots of parking.
