i've been here a month and have not seen any of what has been described here. i feel as safe here as i do anywhere -- news flash to the person who had their car broken into: that can happen ANYWHERE.

it's a good location, it's a very pretty complex, i haven't seen any trashy people around, the people who are still doing renovations do not make me feel uncomfortable, etc.

and above all, this place is NOT a hell hole. i just moved out of one of the worst places i've ever lived (aside from Utah) and this complex does NOT qualify as a hell hole.

$300 dollar utility bills' who is running up the bills' you are. no one is making you leave all your lights on or running the AC/heat all day and night. take some responsibility.

this place is quiet. at my last place, i could hear neighbors talking outside like they were in the back of my apartment. and an added bonus -- no high school students cutting through my complex and loitering by the dumpsters. nice!

there's a lot of pointless negativity being said about this complex that is not justified. yeah, i've only been here a month, but if what everyone else was saying was true, don't you think i'd be agreeing with them'

I am going to have to agree. I have lived here a month and so far I have no complaints. The staff is friendly and I even had them call ME to see if I wanted to have a couple of items taken care of in my apartment. My utilities are not bad (FYI-the $300 dollar utilities poster probably did not factor in the $200 first month utility deposit.) I feel completely safe and I am a single woman. The grounds are nice and the apartment is way larger than most 550.00 a month apartments elsewhere. The area is convenient and the complex is unique. Really, its not bad at all.

So everyone else must be wrong because *I* don't agree with them! Brilliant! If *I* don't agree with them, they're all lying! What logic. I've only been here a month, I have less experience that everyone else, but *I* am right!
