im a single young girl and recently moved to indian creek and have been pleased with my choice..it is clean, safe, and cozy, the staff is great and efficient and i cant think of any complaints. my water bill is always $15 and my first 2 months of electricity were only $41 each...and im constantly sleeping with the air on 68. its a great choice!! move here

15? Are you serious? You must have the 40 square foot utility shed. I have never ever paid less than 30, and even seeing 30 was a happy change from what I was used to!
