I have lived here for a year now, and am so excited to be moving out in two weeks. We have never had a water bill lower than $40, and our water is off at least two days a month. They turned our water off for three days in the fall, and nothing improved. Maintence requests we turned in on our move-in day are still ignored.

On the bright side, a new management company took over, and they aren't as awful as the previous. They are nice, and if I even made the effort to turn in a maintence request now I would assume it might get taken care of. However, I went in the office a few weeks ago to turn in my move-out letter, and they had no idea where my file was. So, my roommate and mine's personal information is apparently lost somewhere, which does not sit well.

There has been a wrecked car sitting outside my apartment for about two months now. It is not just a fender-bender, it is completely busted, no windows, etc. I have brought it up a few times to management, but it is still sitting there.

You might move in here, it could be a lot better now that it is Westdale Creek and not Indian Creek, but good luck.
