staff=poor
building structure= poorly built, really thin walls and doors (hollow), except for the front.
grounds=ok. the laundry room was cleaned once in 2yrs.
Parking Sticker games-
one time, my car, could barely make it up the hill in front of their office (the mgr. witnessed this). the transmission was going out. i had to have help from a stranger, to help me. i was working on the funds to get it fixed. my car had 60,000 miles on it, so it's not a pile of crap and is running fine now. they put a parking violation parking sticker promptly on my car, because I hadn't moved it for a month. I did have rent, elect., and other bills too., and believe me i wanted it fixed. they missed an old, antique car that had sat since the day I moved in, along with my neighbors car that sat there for almost as long. other people got stickers too. the staff acted as if they had nothing to do with it, and directed me to deal with the parking company. I had to go to work, and was threatened it would be towed in hours.

I was later reinmburesed by the city (law suit) for being over charged for my water at that complex.

maintenance=terrible. responses usually occur 2-5 days after. sometimes you have to call to remind management. we had a broken ac for 2 weeks once, once in the summer and this time september. it broke down twice. the pool was closed most of the summer.

We had no water a few times as well. They don't care about making you more comfortable. Just trying and expressing this in words is helpful. They owned Greystone apt (now Juniper Springs') and were spread too thin. it was terrible, before Westdale bought the property and we didn't have any relief after. I spoke to 3 other tenants living there, and all were leaving. This is the worst apt. complex, company, and staff I have ever experienced.

Nice hills and trees throughout the complex, pretty scenic. Thanks to Mother Nature. It's a shame.
