A Place to Call Home

I'm a sophomore in college. At the end of my freshman year, things were looking bleak for rooming next year, so I went looking for an apartment to move into pretty much within the month. My sister had been looking for a place previously, and I knew about Westdale Creek, so I went in to check out the availability. Luckily for me, a tenant had just turned in his 60 day notice, and I was practically given an apartment! New fixtures, new paint, A NEW DISHWASHER!, and a clean place. I wasn't even put on a wait list!

I've been living here for almost a year now, and the only thing I have to complain about are the people who live above me and the noise they make walking around, but that's a problem everywhere, I'm sure. Not to mention the obnoxious neighbor who feels like he has to share his taste in music with everyone and cranks his car stereo up to annoying levels... I've got nothing but prompt, courteous service from the management, and though there may not be enough units in the laundry facility, it's easy enough to do laundry in the middle of the week. There's always plenty of parking, the pool is BEAUTIFUL, the business and fitness centers are brand-new and fantastic, and the management really is the best.

I make it a point to pay my rent in person because I feel like I should be on good terms with my managers. Just last week, when I told the present manager that my tub drain was clogged and slow about ten minutes before the office closed, she called maintenance and the problem was fixed before I got home from shoe-shopping! I love the lay-out of the complex that makes it feel less like a complex and the area is fantastic! It's far enough from Far West and Anderson Lane to avoid all the traffic, but close enough so that pretty much everything you need is only a short drive away. This is my first place, so I can't say much about where I've lived in the past, but I think Westdale Creek offers style and comfort to make the apartments feel like home.

ADVERTISEMENT!!! "Shoe-shopping"? "Style and comfort to make the apartments feel like home"? "Management is really the best"?
