our stay here has been very pleasant and welcoming,the floor plan we have is very warm and comfortable,it has a good size balcony which we enjoy very much.the few issues we had were addressed in a quicck and timely fashion.the staff are very friendly and helpful,and are sincerely concerned with making your stay here a excellent one i highly recommend staying here.

I agree. Who says "Our stay here has been very pleasant and welcoming" about an apartment?? A Bed & Breakfast maybe, but not this place. And what the heck is a "warm" floor plan? What were the "few issues"? This review reeks of BS. (Oh, and I love the total non-sequitur in the title, "Environmentally friendly". Whaaa...?)

I agree, this sounds bogus! No one reviews an apartment for being enviromentally friendly, even in hippie town Austin .
