I recently moved here for school and was looking for a clean and quiet place to live. The place is clean, however the walls are paper thin. I can easily hear what's going on next door and the building has sub-floor issues (in other words, I can hear my up-stairs neighbor walking around all day). The matter became worse, when I got new neighbors. They play their music and they also have a dog that howls and barks, when they leave. The take home message - the place is poorly constructed, and if you have inconsiderate neighbors, then things will only be worse.

I will take the matter up with the management (the noisy neighbors) and see whether they do anything about it. If so, then they should be commended for addressing the problem (after all, the staff cannot fix the building, but they can address problems that are caused by the quality of it). I will report back to let everyone know how it turns out.
