The current office staff won't have your best interest in mind. They would like to earn their paycheck with minimal contact with you. They will say anything to get you to leave them alone. If you have to live here and need to deal with the office at all, make sure to use certified mail with receipt. If you make any verbal agreements, make sure you get signed documentation. Be prepared before you talk to them and read anything they give you with a fine tooth comb. If this sounds like the hassle it truly is, make a smart choice and rent somewhere else.

* I've read through the previous reviews, back to 2005. If you read between the frustration, everything written about the management, maintenance, hidden fees, water, dog poop, etc. ... sadly enough, can all be taken as truth. The "strict management" doesn't translate into ethical management. Note that all the good reviews are written by people newly moved in.
