absolutely horrible

absolutely the worst apartment complex i have ever lived in. either ------, property manager, is the most incompetent person in the world, or dalcor is the worst company to ever exist. every maintenence request is followed by days and then weeks of no response. you then call the office and either ---, ------ or any of the other rotating office staff reassures you that your request is next in line and that it will be addressed soon. you finally have to go in and vent to ------ and she gives you the same story. it goes something like this: 1. the maintenance guys are 240 work orders behind. 2. i had to fire a couple of maintenance guys last week but i'm working nonstop to find replacements. 3. my maintenence guys didn't show up today. 4. i'm sorry but my guys are trying to get 15 units ready for movein by the end of the month.
don't even try calling dalcor properties up in plano. they're just as bad. i have lived here for quite some time now and have yet to meet anyone how is satisfied with greystone park. a few people say that you get what you pay for. the bottom line is we're paying rent. in return, ------ should do something and make sure that maintenance requests are being taken care of. if you're thinking of moving hear, think twice. try knocking on the doors of random tenants. i am almost positive that all of them will have some kind of complaint.

Management Response: This posting must be an old issue because Dalcor has not been at the property since 2005. Westdale has taken over the property since then and we make sure that our service requests are normally responded to within 24 to 48 hours. We are not 240 service requests behind, nor have we ever been. If anyone needs a service request to be take care of, all they need to do is let the office know and we will promptly take care of it for the residents. As far as the rotating office staff. The majority of the staff have been here since the take over in 2005 including the office staff
