Great Upgrades From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/29/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   I moved into Westdale Parke in late July. I opted for wood flooring and all new fixtures. I pay an extra premium, but my apartment feels new because of my upgrades. I have only had one maintenance issue since move in when my AC went out in early September. They were here the next day and I have a new AC unit. I haven't had any issues personally, and the laundry room that I go to in phase two is always clean. This certainly isn't the Ritz Carlton of apartment living, but the staff has always been nice and I am very close to my work and school.
