I'm not even sure why I ended up here now, but the reviews here are just ridiculous. I personally have not had any real problems, and all maintenance issues were taken care of in an adequate amount of time. Its not an amazing place, but its priced well, so meh.

Also, I'm not sure what hidden fees people are ranting about here. They expect you to pay for your water bill along with rent, but considering they made no claims of any bills being paid for you, I don't see how that could be hidden fee.

I guess check it out yourself if you're interested. You have to consider that probably only angry people are going to write reviews on here for the most part (maybe that's not accurate... I don't know).

People are complaining that it is hidden because when they first instituted the fees, they tried to change people's leases. Ie, people who hadn't been paying for water were told "you must pay us now", even in the middle of the lease. That's illegal and immoral. They should tell people upfront that they will be paying for water, trash, PEST CONTROL, etc. And it should be done before the lease.

petn, you're a moron. When they were strongly confronted and a tenants' association contacted they backed off because they had no leg to stand on. You think it's everyone else's fault? No one complaining about this read their leases? Stupid POS. Are you management?
