Their staff is incompetent. They didn't even offer us a walkthrough before siging the lease. Once we did the walkthrough, the place had many problems. It needed to be painted, holes around the base boards, mold and or mildew on the outside porch ceiling and whatever paint job they did do was very crappy. They plenty of parking, but is probably due more to vacany than space. The parking lot is in bad need of repairs, but I was be totally surprised if anything was ever done. It would be wise to live on the highest floor, as the walls are thin and you can hear just about everything that goes on above you. The rent isn't bad, but I am sure you can find somewhere that is better and cheaper. If not cheaper, than at least better.
