I had two days to find an apartment before the school year started so low and behold I ended up here. The model they showed me was very nice and I was excited about moving in...until I did.

It looked nothing like the model, everything was old besides the refrigerator. The moldings were in terrible condition and the foamy caulk was used all over my bathroom making it look extremely tacky. The place is big but horribly setup. The bathroom in my 1-1 is open into my bedroom. All my windows do not have screens and frankly are impossible to open. The bathroom is not ventilated so the steam from taking a shower cannot escape and grows mold. There's about 4 light switches in my apartment that have no function. I've tested outlets to see if they turned them on and off possibly but no, there is just no purpose to them at all. My drawers in my bathroom and kitchen all are difficult to pull out.

When I first moved in my front door did not close flush with the doorway leaving about a 1 cm gap leaking my AC out. It took three requests to fix, the final one being my mom threatening to sue them. The parking lots are dilapidated, the wooden side walls are falling apart and lay all over the ground making the place look like a dump. There are potholes all over the parking lot which are patched with some unconsolidated gravel which will surely wash away again in a couple big storms.

Besides the one lady that walked me through the complex that has thus moved to a different complex, you'll want to punch every single one of the staff members in the face just from the way they carry themselves. Completely unfriendly and incompetent.

My friends in the complex have had even worse experiences with them with mold problems and ridiculous maintenance response times and have had to break their lease. I have never talked to anyone that had anything good to say about the complex.

I deeply implore anyone seeking housing to seek elsewhere. I will never live here again and nor will anyone I know that presently lives here.
