Don't move here. After I moved in, I walked around the grounds, and found abandoned aparments with rusty syringes, urine, bags of trash. My apartment patio flooded about a week after I moved in, and caved in the ceiling. I lived there for a year, and requested repairs 5 times, to no avail. Also, when they did a make-ready on the apartment next door, they gave me no notice. The maintenance people sprayed laminate cabinet material, which covered EVERYTHING on my patio with a permanent plastic. Bicycle was stolen off patio. Laundry rooms filthy. Awful apartments!!

Westdale Parke Apartments are by far the worst apartments I have ever lived in. I often find dead rats outside in the parking lot and the grass area near my door. Also, there's a roach problem (which is common among apartments, but still out of control.) This is in addition to a management team that has falsey accused me of owning a pet. I recieved rude phone calls from the manager saying that my dog is pooping outside my door and i need to clean it up.. when i don't even own a pet! She was very persistant in trying to make me clean up the neighbor's animal mess, until she finally stopped calling. She also tried to make us pay a fine for the ciggarette butts on the ground beneath our balcony, when it's the guy who lived above us that smoked! The management team doesn't care about the residents, only their reputation and profit.
