We ended up moving into a different unit than the one we had put a deposit down for b/c the office lost all of our paperwork. On our move in date the place was trashed, there was even old furniture still sitting inside!

One of our toilets made weird noises from day one and the staff wouldn't send anyone to fix it. Finally it over-flowed and they didn't show up until two days later to clean up the mess. (By that time we'd done the best we could to clean it up ourselves, but despite a lot of towels and fans, the carpet was still soaking wet.) When they did come to fix it, one of the maintenance guys cleaned sh** off of his tools (from the toilet) with some posters that were in my roommates room! We didn't find out until hours later when she went in there to hang up the posters!!!

They also took a big chunk of carpet out of the hallway (to dry) and never brought it back.

My boyfriend lives in a different unit and his dishwasher stinks.
