I have had nothing but bad experience with this place since I moved in November of 2006. They never came by to fix the things that were broken when we moved in. It generally takes over a month for them to come fix things after you call in for the repair. The management is extraordinarily rude. Water service is unreliable. Outside noise is very audible from inside. The appliances are old and don't always work. The rooms aren't squared properly. When the management deems it appropriate to send somebody into your apartment to fix something or inspect something, they give no notice, and send them over at 8 in the morning.

Has anyone considered contacting the Austin Tenanats Council or the city of Austin on the mold issue? This is actually a health hazard where liability could be involved.

I had contacted the Austin Tenants Council and they helped me fight westdale to get out of my lease. but i had also contacted the health department, and was told that it is private property and basically that they could not do anything about it.
