It shows that 25% would reccommend this place which I am sure far form the truth. If you talk with anyone that has lived there they will tell you their horror stories. I believe for the most part that anyone who is posting a positive approval rating for this complex, especially anyone that has given Westdale a 5 star rating is member of the staff or management and should stop skewing the reviews of the residents. There is a good reason why there have been nearly 250 reviews for this complex which is well above the average amount of reviews apt complexes receive. The reason is because most people complain when there are problems with mgmt or that something isn't properly handled. Obviously there are A LOT of problems here to receive so much negative feed back. Most of the negative feedback is someway connected to the Management and Staff. It is my opinion that if the problems encountered by other residents regarding maintenance, repairs, leaks, water, etc. were handled with empathy and concern by the Mgmt then the residents wouldn't be quite as angry or frustrated. Overall bad Managment, but not just at this individual apartment but for all the Westdale Property's I have looked up have unsatisfactory ratings. Don't get me wrong Mgmt at Westdale Parke is terrible, but they are more or less pawns and get their marching orders from the Austin/San Antonio Regional directors as well as HQ in Dallas. I just hope they are aware of how unhappy tenants are here! I would call them if you ever want to get anything taken care of.
