I am curious why upper mgmt has not taken a closer look at some of these problems with mgmt and how the complex is being operated and how the tenants are being treated. Westdale Property company should also be audited. I have recently heard of several tenants having problems with having extremely high water bills and in at least one case even being over charged! They said that they were also given different stories as to the reason for the increase in price of water. One manager claimed it was due to the water rates going up and to blame it on the city of Austin. However, according to the City of Austin the peak water season doesn't start until July, so why have the bills spiked, especially when the descale was going on and we were without water for several days?! If anything the bills should be lower!! I believe ethics and general customer service is severely lacking with this company.
