----- ----- is an ass----. And this place sucks most of the time I have no hot water. My neighbors have not had hot water for months. And that wasn't enough ----- himself enters people's apartments and robs from them. Now I am being illegally evicted for kicking a leafblower off my patio. Today ----- entered my apartment and assaulted me!

I have heard of people having things stolen on several occasions. I have heard from one tenant that had prescription meds stolen and another that had an ipod stolen while they were away. Plus, Management/Maintenance don't leave notices that they have been in your apartment and don't let you know when they will be in your apartment even when it is something that could have been scheduled or planned, which is a violation of their lease agreement. I have asked to be given notice when someone will be in my apt, yet still I receive NO notification in advance.

I have also had B. enter my apartment without notice. I am a single woman don't do NOT feel comfortable with a man just barging in! I also have had hot water only sporadically. Find yourself another apartment and you will be better off in the long run. I cannot wait until my lease is up.
