Absolutely the worst run apartment I have ever lived in. Worst maintenance ever. Office staff is rude and unhelpful. Poor water pressure. On day of move out, I had no water at all. They then charged me extra for cleaning even though the manager, by way of her office minion, told me not to worry about clean-up. Forget about talking to the manager. She stays hidden away (in some ivory tower I suspect). When I moved into that dump (thank God I'm outta there now), walls were dirty and painted only in patches and with the wrong type of paint, bottom of the bathtub was painted with white latex paint (came off with the first shower), and the bathroom sink stopper was totally corroded and ugly. This, after paying an extra $25 a month for an "upgrade"and now they want to keep all of my deposit and charge me over $50 more for cleaning! (It was pretty clean when I left it.) I never received an itemized bill through the mail. The office minion told me that "they weren't responsible for delivering the mail." Another smart-ass response is not what I want to hear from these creeps. It's a giant corporate rip-off and I hope they pay by losing good tenants. Did I mention the $100 admin fee they sucked out of me on top of the $50 application fee' A bit high for an adminstration that is clueless. Please do not be fooled into renting at Westdale Parke. It's a joke! Only it seems, no one is laughing.

UPDATE: The price of moving out has gone up now on what I owe to $95. Collection agency already calling work. Told the lowlife what to do with himself. At least these lunatics can move fast on something here. I'll be writing a letter to the corporate office and advise them to study this blog and let them know what a sorry management company they are. I don't think their corporate office will do anything. The westdale staff is more of a pawn for the corporate office. why not file a report with the better business bureau and the texas attorney general office, I'd advise all the residents to do so, if things are as bad as the reviews suggest.
