I've had horrible experiences with the staff and all kinds of maintenance issues while living at this place. (More than normal and more than places like the Fountainhead) They should not be allowed to lease units under the illusion that they are 100% in working order and charge residents for extra water consumption while they descale their pipes which wastes a lot of water. Among many other things, they are rude and blatantly tell you that they do not care.

Yes, they are stuck in a poor position having to deal with a lot of upset customers because we are all having to deal with poor living conditions that do not live up to American standards, but they still should not be rude about it, we are human-beings. We cannot let this corporation run over all of us like this and let them get away with it. We have to do something people.
