I highly recommend these apartments to anyone who likes to live in temperatures of 89 degrees .... (the electricity bill goes crazy coz the AC is always on) ...and by 10pm it will be 82 degrees.

Also these apartments are great for those who like to live under dictatorships ... i missed one payment by exactly ONE day and they were threatening me with "landlord liens, lockout, ruining my rental history and eviction" (i am using exact words written in their memo -- which they sent out after I dropped the check early in the morning) ... when i gave them a check they want payment by money order only!! ... I think the only one thing in their favor is that they are cheap
