I haven't been living here long, but I can confirm the following:

- Shower water heat is inconsistent, and you will regularly(almost daily) find yourself having to adjust the faucet because the water becomes abruptly way too hot, or way too cold.

- Maintenance is almost impossible. The first request I made was in the office, before I realized you have to do it on the website. When I mentioned my problem, the girl in the office just nodded and stared at me. No offer to help was made, and I was so dumbfounded that I just left. The second request was met with the same response, but when I asked if I could fill out a request, I was told I have to do it online. I did so, and waited many days to have my request fulfilled. The website says someone will be out within 48 hours when you submit a request.

I don't have a lot of experience with other complains made here. Everything just seems generally shabby. If you think you can spare the extra 40 bucks or so to live elsewhere each month, do so.
