Do not lease with this property. If you have taken the time to research Westdale Parke... then you should take my advice (and that of many people before me and pass this place up.) The property manager is RUDE, VERBALLY ABUSIVE, CLUELESS and a LIAR. They love to bully their tenants, and unfortunately the company does not take enough pride in their business to do anything about her.

Honestly, I was once given a tool to fix a broken appliance in my apartment! They are lazy and incompetent. They blow trash into your ground floor patio/windows along with giant cockroaches disrupted from landscaping (which forces you to ask where that pest control money goes) ... and on top of all of this.... they actually threatened to tow my vehicle, forcing me to park far from my apartment. They do not refund you when the $1.50 washer/dryers take your money.

They will charge you random fees constantly, so 11 months of your 12 month lease will be outrageously expensive! Do not believe the LIARS when they tell you that you have an "upgraded" apartment... the appliances in my "upgraded apartment" are as old as dirt, and my toilet has hardly ever worked.

This company does bad business and does not care about the tenants- I've suffered constantly while living here... from broken toilets weeks at a time ... to no hot water EVER.... or no water at all for days at a time.

Not only is the property manager lacking tact and respect, but common human decency toward people. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

WOW! Sounds like someone couldnt afford their rent and got kicked out! Yeouch!
