Comb through these reviews and obviously, you see a hugely common theme: stuff never gets fixed and staff are 98% worthless dicks that seem to go out of their way to be rude if you need anything. The staff obviously reads this constantly because they post so many fake reviews so here's a note for them: You guys suck sooo bad I truly wish you crappy lives. You guys deserve it. I'm sorry if I'm bothering you by asking about fixing my rat problem for the tenth time but I'm obviously off my rocker for expecting CUSTOMER SERVICE from you (since I pay you and all). As for your fake posts- you're wasting your time because it's totally transparent and just puts potential renters off even more. I have never been late with my rent and always treat the office staff with respect even when they don't deserve it...and I still have a laundry list of problems that were MAJORLY mishandled by wildly unprofessional
employees. So these responses suggesting that the people complaining had outstanding money owed or were somehow inviting mistreatment through their behavior are weak and bogus. I don't expect perfection or the "royal treatment" I simply ask that people are somewhat honest and know how to behave with basic social skills. And guess what' Nope, nope, nope.

Hello ! my name is not important but I use to work there when Capstone Managed the property and stayed on with the current management came on board , I could not believe what was going on telling the "Residents " one thing and doing the total opposite. The manager that was at the Throne at the time when I worked for Westdale was Katherine and I personally witnessed her writing a blog that she was a 10 year resident and loved the new management blah, blah, blah that was all I needed I got out as fast as I could. That community has and will ever have a rodent problem but to me the Biggest Rats of all are the new management. I miss the residents if anyone is still living there when I had the pleasure of working with them and for them .

Oh geez - I wish you would post that as a review, indabiz! You would not believe how royally screwed I was as a resident there and I truly try to discourage people from renting with Westdale - EVER. I had to bring about legal services - my health and life were in danger due to the poor quality apartments. I was so unimpressed with the two-faced office staff (even management). I could not agree more that the management really are the Biggest Rats -I wish they would be brought down and to justice... this place is horrible. Please share your story as a review for everyone to see!! Thank you for your honesty.
