If you live here be prepared for fake gas bills. I was never once charged gas until recently and if they say it's for the water temperature that's crap because the temperature is NEVER constant. DONT MOVE HERE IF YOU LIKE TO SHOWER/BATHE! The water will change on you from freezing cold to burning hot in seconds repeatedly.

The gas and water bill are often twice as much as my eletric bill, it's insane what they charge you here. it may look cheap but it is NOT CHEAP to live here, my rent combined with the outrageous gas and water bill usually place my monthly rent fees to higher then if I were to move somewhere nicer then this dump and when my lease is up I am moving to a cheaper and better place this here

The office staff is often rude and unhelpful, they will actually yell at you, the customer if you come in with a complaint. It should be known that the office staff usually rotates out every two weeks so that should be indication enough that management is terrible. The new manager is worse then the old one and let me tell you the old one was awful.

I'm sorry, but I find those positive reviews to be very disingenuous. This person, however is telling it like it is. Move in here at your own risk. The manager is not accessible once you've moved in. In fact you'll never even see her/it. Creepy place to live.

I live in westdale parke right now and I am terrified seeing all these negative comments. My gas bill is a little suspicious too. I wonder if they overcharged me now.
