I killed twenty with the one trap they gave me. They wouldn't even send anyone to repair the hole in the wall.
other problems too numerous...and egregious to mention.

I had a rat problem when I lived there too, but thankfully they patched the HUGE hole behind the sink and dishwasher the day after I issued a complaint. I think it's *inexcusable* that you've had to put up with a rodent infestation. Why did you ever agree to live there for so long? When I saw first saw a rat late one evening, I went to HEB to get a trap, just so I could hopefully sleep that night. When I was at the check-out stand the guy ringing up my purchase joked and said, "Problem with rats huh? You must live at *my* apartment complex..." I told him that I lived at Westdale Parke, and he said, "That's where I live!!"

that so funny! please tell me were these small mice or actually large rats? and for the first person that mentioned they had killed 20, that's just plan crazy. maybe 20 mice. if these were "rats" there would be more than just a hole in your wall, there would be electrical issues, maybe even a fire due to the "rats" eating wires. i also can't believe you folks would write anything about yourself in a response. i haven't worked here in 3 yrs and i can tell you who is actually writing these comments. especially when you talk about have 2 dogs or any other person that make comments. i'm sorry if you might have been leased the apartment by me at one time, but i gave warning!

Oh, by the way...why would they bother to chew the wiring in the walls when they chewed their way into my apt. and ate all the wires to my Christmas lights. They did chew up the wiring to my dishwasher, before or after eating the whole wall behind it, but since my dishwasher quit working 2 mnths after I moved in and was never fixed, it was never turned on...hence no fire there. There was a fire, and a serious one in another building...meth-lab was my theory for that one though.
