My time at Westdale Parke was the worst apartment living experience ever . All apartments are falling apart , roaches , rats , and mold are present at all times . Your AC unit is so old , no matter how many times they "charge the freon" it still doesn't do the trick . SO if you can stand no AC in 108 degree weather go for it ! You may not have any water for days , so be sure and have a place to shower other than your own home . Your refrigerator will break down , and you will not get another until a few weeks later. When you move in don't expect it to be clean there will be stains in carpet , your tub will be peeling and gray , and your walls will be scratched , stained , and cracking. The office leasing staff is good , just beware of Janet . The women is evil to the core , she will make you pay late fees even when you pay your rent on time , a constant teenage hormonal attitude is also expected , nice is not in her vocabulary so BEWARE of the evil bulldog. She should not be working with people EVER . I do have a family so anyone considering living here with children there are much better places to go to that are less expensive and not on the verge of being section 8 housing !!!

I am also a resident. Janet is the most disgusting person I have ever seen. She is just so bad.
