This was a nice place at one time but it is old and in need of repair. The insect problem is becoming ridiculous (roaches, silverfish, millipedes, etc.) Rust on railings and peeling paint make it look trashy. And speaking of trashy, there are quite a few trashy people here. Not the kind of people you want living by you for the amount you have to pay in rent.
The problem is Dalcor, the owners of the property. They don't care one bit about any of us who live here. People might want to blame the girls in the office but it's not their fault. They can't do anything about the problems because Dalcor won't give them the means to do it. The girls do what they can to help people. Dalcor runs a bad business and should be sued and sued again. Do not move here. You will regret it for quite some time.
