When I first found this place I thought it was great, until it was time to move in. Several days before my move in date I was informed there was a mistake and my apartment would not be available. They remedied this by providing reduced rent for the month. When I did go to move in they did not even have my lease ready. After I signed the lease, the manager handed me the keys and said I probably wouldn't have water for a couple of days. A couple of days turned into 2 months, and I leared that the manager had obviously waited until the lease was singed before saying anything about the problem. Instead of replacing the pipes that were clogged with limestone sedament, they "descaled" them. This process is basically pouring a kind of acid down the pipes that breaks down the sedament. After that I finally had hot water, but I also got to bathe with the sediment. If felt like I was bathing in sand water. Not to mention it was in the drinking water. My other random complaints about this place are that my oven fills the apartment with smoke everytime I use it, the fan above the stove doesn't work, the fridge has a funky smell that apparently can't be fixed, and it is infested with millipeeds. The most recent probleme I've discovered in my grand total of less than 4 months here is how dangerous the sidewalk infront of my apartment is. It is broken in 2 places and then slants down to my apartment, because the ground has slowly washed away, also there is a tree growing under the side walk so it slants to the side. I didn't really think much of this until I slipped going down it several times and my husband almost broke his foot last week when he tripped on it. I went to the office to tell them about the problem and they didn't even offer to try to get it fixed. Living here has been my worst nightmare, everytime something finally gets cleared up something else goes wrong. Not to mention it's overpriced, I'm paying over a dollar a square foot for this wreck.
