This place is going downhill! The office folks seem to be getting tired of all the complaints. They also don't have consistent hours and now they've taken the posted hours down. There used to be hours and contact info outside the door, but all that is gone.

In our place the hot water pressure is so low in the morning that you can't use it. It is kind of random as to when you'll get hot water at other times. Sometimes it'll be low even at night. Trust me, after a few months of this you'll be going crazy.

We've also got structual problems. We have a neighbor that smokes and the structure is so bad that the smoke gets in our unit. Whenever they smoke it is as if someone was smoking in the other room. Our heater makes the problem much worse because it distributes the bad air. It is so bad that we choose to sleep without the heater on because the smoke was waking us in the night. This is just an example of the poor condition of the structure.

I agree with everybody about the maintenance guy. He is really nice. With all the problems here, I don't know how he does it.

In summary, I don't know why anybody would live here. It'd be hard at any price, but this place isn't cheap. We are moving as soon as the lease is up. Stay away!
